JackpotCity complaint: Deposited money and didn’t show up on account

My complaint:

Deposited $20 and it didn’t show on my account my bank won’t refund me and the automated help didn’t resolve my issue

Suggested solution:

I would like my $20 back didn't think they had to rob people
