My complaint:
I tried to withdraw my winnings almost a month ago. Was told I had to keep semdomg in different documentation which I did. Was told I was verified thought I would receive my winnings but no Was asked to change my preferred withdrawal method. Not sure why but I did. That was approved. I am still waiting to receive funds although they have told me they have paid me. Not sure what to do now? Please help!
