My complaint:
I was trying to find out why my payment was delayed when the service rep asked why I need my winnings. And would not give me any information on the payment. When I asked for the license number and who governs jackpot city I was logged out of my account and can not log in any more. They owe me 1000.00 and I have spent multiple thousands there
Suggested solution:
Pay me my winnings so I can move on. And not a week from now.
