My complaint:

i am a 78 year young man i go to jack in the box on this location frequently today i order a biscuit with sausage and cheese and i gave the person at the drive true my ebt card as i have done many times before and this karon looked at my ebt card and said this card is only good for drinks i explained that i get food here and she replied that is impossible because the ebt card was always only for drinks all the time being rood turning her back at me so i had to leave without my breakfast thanks to karen the manager at jack in the box in canyon lake ca

Suggested solution:

of course an apology, educate this karon person how to be polite to customer and be better informed on government help for people like me.(the ebt card.)...... better then that fire her she doesn't belong in your business she will only make your consumers go somewhere else
