Jack in the Box complaint: Messed up order 3 times

My complaint:

Ordered through drive thru. 2 loaded wedges am order of churros a large drink and an iced coffee .they asked us to pull around and they’d bring it out .there was another vehicle waiting for their food .an employee brought out their drinks and went back in came out brought us our soda and a bag of food. I reminded her about the coffee she said she’d check. I opened the bag. Not my food .a burger and fries .asked other truck they said wasn’t theirs they were waiting for chicken so I took it inside they apologized saud keep it. I gave it to a homeless man outside. Employee comes out brinhs other vehicle bag and they drove off. 2 other cars now waiting. Employee comes out hands me a bag.

Still no coffee and I’m late for work I look in bag see 2 boxes top one is wedges. I couldn’t wait for coffee it’s now been 15 min. Get to work open bag. .it’s wedges and chicken. Not my other wedges or my churros and probably the first cars chicken. Im to tired to drive back down there .there was no big rush. No customers inside and plenty of employees. How they got it wrong 3 times is beyond me. But coffer was almost 4.00 wedges were another 4.00.churroe 300 dollars I work hard for my money. And I work in customer service..this all seemed to be an issue of one employee.

She did apologize the first time I’ll give her that and she had a good personality.maybe just an off day or needs organizational skills training. By my tally the burger fries and chicken that got written off was close to 20 dollars. I don’t think even a company as large as yours can afford to just give food away.id like a refund for my order.

Suggested solution:

A refund please for the coffee ,churros and wedges about 12.00
