My complaint:
am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant. On my recent visit, I placed a call-in order for jack in the box located at 5125 Bosque boulevard in Waco Tx. only to find that it had been given to another customer when I arrived for pickup. This was frustrating
The next day, I contacted a manager regarding this issue. Instead of receiving assistance or an apology, I was met with hostility and disrespect. The manager not only refused to acknowledge the mistake but also cussed me out when I sought a resolution. To add insult to injury,

What I ordered and never received for free along with a refund and I say this because the manager at that store was called by her employees over the phone twice and when I arrived both times she refused and got very unprofessional.
