My complaint:
I bought southwest grill chicken and order dressing with it and a kids menu went home and got everything wrong lettuce was brown no dressing kids meal wrong sauce I called spoke with Manager name Elma she said come back with receipt next day she was not there. So I return couple days later still she was not there I ask in person for a manager she ignored me and still cooking or prepping customers order for the drive-through. And til today she is never there when I drive thru poor service.
Suggested solution:
Have people that have good knowledge in taking orders in and outside of Jacks bad service.
