My complaint:
on july 21st i was staying athe inn town suites at presidential circle and the upstairs tenants room flooded. the water leaked from ceiling in bathroom ,kitchen and bedding area destroying all my personal belongings including a 300$ xbox..i called the clerk..and she said she doesnt know what to do,and ignored me rudely while my room was flooding ..2hrs went by i called the fire dept ..the manager mary harris sent the fire dept away and told them dont help me. after an hour my neighbor was helping me and the manager evicted me at 3am and told me rudely they have no room for me.the next later at 11am i weint to renew and the manager lied and said they have rooms left.
Suggested solution:
im requesting 2,000 dollars for my loss. and i want the no tax rate and refund for a day.
