My complaint:

The on duty manger, firstly, was in the office but there was no access. I walked away and upon returning to the office, he was then gone to lunch, leaving no staff on site. My keys were reset due to the fact I had just paid online. Again, there were staff in the office with the door locked at this time. I called the front desk. The manager answered but was not on the property. Once the staff returned and I went in the office, his comments were far from those of a qualified manager. Don’t fucking get smart with me. It sounded like you were getting smart. His first comments. Followed by, I don’t like when people get smart with me, don’t fucking get smart with me. Verbatim, his comments towards me. I stated, I don’t like when a business is not run properly. Received my keys and left.

Suggested solution:

First of all, if any one of the tenants talks to a staff member in that manner, they are immediately made to leave. Thusly, his employment should be terminated. Nothing less.
