My complaint:
Upon check in to room found the room to be infested with roaches and bugs. I mean infested. We did not stay for the week we paid for and requested a refund multiple times. Initially the manager told me they would issue the refund and now here it is multiple weeks later and they won’t take my calls and refuse to issue the refund. I will include photo evidence as to the unliviable conditions of the room. Also I have a video showing the room and state of the room.
Suggested solution:
Please fully refund my money. That's all I'm asking.
