My complaint:
When i was booking this room i was told about the premium room and the built in shelves storage. I didn’t get what i was promised. I wasn’t told that they didn’t supply tissue,soap, pot pans towels.Having had a procedure prior to coming. Not only that one side of my window is boarded up.
Suggested solution:
Guest should be informed they are only getting a room since you aren't supplying anything. In my case lower the price.
