My complaint:

So I had a water table for my kids sitting outside. Mind you the water table has been sitting outside for 2 days and she noticed and never complained about it. But when I went outside to retrieve it to put it back in my car it was gone. So the next business day I go to the front office and ask about my property. She said to me that her manager picked it up and threw it away. And I asked her why would you just throw it away. And she said her manager did that not her. So then I saw the maintenance man and asked him did he throw it away. And he said no that it was sitting in the front office. So I went up to the office and I told her what he said and her face kinda frowned like she got caught lying and then she says I was told I cannot give it to you. And I say how U can’t give me my own property. So I called law enforcement and as I’m calling law enforcement she snuck out the back front office door and she threw my baby water table in the dumpster and I caught her I shouted like why you throwing my stuff away and she says I was told you can’t have it. Then the maintenance man came up to us after law enforcement left which they did nothing they didn’t retrieve our toy out the dumpster and they said she is not replacing it. The maintenance man says yea she wanted me to lie to you guys about the water table but I’m not that type of person. He said he wasn’t lying for nobody. Yes we do owe and are going through the COVID relief process but that is wrong. She lied to keep it for her own children and got caught. That was so wrong. We been here 3 plus years never gave anybody any problems. Since she been the new property manager she always had a good demeanor but today she was very ugly and disrespectful. She threw my stuff in the trash for no reason but lied bout it. What can be done? I would love to hear back.! Also she brings her kids here on the property which is why I believe she wanted to keep my property for her own children.

Suggested solution:

I asked law enforcement if she could retrieve my toy even though she broke it when she dropped it in the dumpster and they told me no she wasn’t replacing it or retrieving it. So I would like for it to be replaced if possible or an apology would be nice.!
