InTown Suites complaint: Discrepancy in charges

My complaint:

Check in was on June 18, 2021 and I have paid a total of 5 weeks – each payment being made on Friday at 11:00 am. Of these 5 payments, only 2 were for the same amount, which was still higher than the amount at check in when I was told I would be Grandfathered in to this amount. I obviously was not. Nobody in the office seems to have the same knowledge of how this company operates as I get told something different by each one.
On top of this, my WiFi quit working on Thursday of week 3 and still will not let me connect – even though I have followed the directions of 3 employees. I am still being charged $12.00 a week for technology services.
My final issue is my room has only been cleaned ONE time and that is because I went outside and told the housekeeper to please clean my room. It is scheduled to be cleaned every Monday, but was only cleaned the one time on the 4th Monday.
I enjoy the stay at this hotel because of the quiet surroundings as well as the location. I do not want to leave and move to a different hotel – I simply want the issues resolved.

Suggested solution:

Refund the amount charged for WiFi service I was not able to access for 3 weeks and make sure it is available, put in writing the reason for various amounts charged weekly and what I will be charged in the following weeks for my stay and make sure my room is cleaned every Monday.
