My complaint:
I’m in a power chair no legs left side paralysis I reserved my room before I got there lady by the name of Rebecca told she has a rom but it’s on the third floor but the elevators was not working so I started praying asking god why am I going through this I’m from out of town but then I’m at the point I want to cry cause I can’t stay on the street in my condition and know nothing about Dallas then Rebecca says I do have one room on the first floor but it smells like dogs so me really needing somewhere to stay I looked at the room but it did have a smell but I took it cause I really can not be on the street in my condition so I left to go get something to eat came back seen someone outside asked where were the eke gators an the elevator was working so I recorded the elevator opening and closing it really hurt my heart that she lied to me I paid like everyone else didn’t deserve that I believe I was stereotyped cause I carry my bags in the back of my chair due to left sided paralysis I have to use my right to steer my power chair I’m still hurting cause I’m trying to understand why she lied about the elevator and nit let me get the room on the third floor I want to file a suit cause I did nothing but paid like everybody else I will contact the Ada about this matter I will not allow her to get away with this this is dead wrong for her to treat me in this manner
Suggested solution:
By putting me in a better room than a room where they know had a dog problem I really want to file against them it wasn’t right
