My complaint:

I am extremely unsatisfied with the conditions of my current room. I been here over three months and after receiving my taxes back. I was made to move out of my traditional room to another room with a toilet that doesn’t work and a door that I damn near have to bruise myself to get into. The office is well aware of these conditions and have done nothing for two weeks. My pay rate has increased and I have the same exact traditional room I had before I was forced to move. I work Monday through Friday full time I just came back from a short vacation and the conditions of this room is the same. I’m pouring pots of water down the toilet and stick a towel in the door when I go to the store

These conditions are unlawful and I expect immediate results and the resignation of all staff who has done nothing to ensure your guest are being properly attended to. This is the second complaint on this incident. I hope I don’t have to go over your head. My next stop will be my local News Channel.

Suggested solution:

This complaint should be resolved immediately, and any and all staff members should be consequenced for the neglect of your guest. I have made a video I will send it to your email if you like.
