My complaint:
This is the worst circumstances situation I have seen if this is how you guys represent your people your customers by Heaven hiring people like this it makes no sense at all because the stove and stuff is a fire hazard it does not work only one of them does not work the air doesn’t work we have asked them to come check on his are they have not been up here to fix the air she has mold in the bathroom this is really bad especially for someone who find out that they might be pregnant she had the worst honestly I have never seen so much bad customer service in my life and so much hazardous stuff going on in this room this InTown Suites is not an InTown Suites it doesn’t even have a worker with a great attitude it’s not even nice the blind broke is this the way you want to be represented this is the worst worst you have definitely lost money about how the money last night while she was on her what she was doing but I bought her the money last night and then she said okay she’s closing it wherever bring it back tomorrow. She’s going to try to keep me with a three or three late fee and that’s not the case and I don’t think that’s fair at all I will not be paying her $303 it will not happen she lied about knocking on the door before 1 she never knocked on this door

I feel that if she going to charge us for stuff like this it should be worth it and she doesn't need this job anymore
