My complaint:
I have been waiting since May 3rd to have someone come an work on my AC unit, I’ve reached out to this company’s office on-site regarding my Air Conditioning not being operational, I have stopped paying my rent completely since then, I was willing to pay a portion but was highly offended when told flat out they would not be sending someone to work on any issues due to a person knowing me that was highly hated from management.. They did have one maintenance worker come an he had made a slap shot attempt to fix the unit, by using red duct tape an old dirty blinds that he had laughed an joked about it looks better an will work either way after he finishes.
Suggested solution:
Immediately send maintenance that knows what they are doing , and actually to fix or replace AC wall unit.
