My complaint:
Literally standing in an instacart enabled shoppers but won’t allow me to start my batch. Talked to a representative and they did absolutely nothing. Every time I talk to this representative he or she does absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. I already had to threaten them with a complaint just to even receive orders and now this. I refuse to continue to waste my time with this company as they do not care for there instacart drivers. I have asked to be contacted by a manager several times and I haven’t been contacted once.
Suggested solution:
They won’t resolve it I have been trying to be contacted by a manager for months now with different issues they don’t care they are a terrible company
