My complaint:
I go and pick up a delivery order from my local Wegmans and this lady who works for Instacart who isn’t employed by wegmans is working, she has all the gear on and she’s just standing there on her phone, mask under her nose, doing absolutely nothing being a complete waste of space. I never had an order with a hot item, so as usual I didn’t know where the bag was placed to scan or if I got the hot item myself. I ask her and she rolls her eyes and says idk isn’t that your job, actually no hence why I asked. She never helped me, someone from wegmans did. She was super unfriendly, super unprofessional and getting paid to stand there and made rude comments about me. When I asked for her name she told me to get out of here or else and then tried taking pictures of me. I had my daughter with me since it was just a pick up and she told me I wasn’t allowed to have a kid with me and continued to threaten us and told us to leave while I still scanning items for my delivery.
Suggested solution:
Fire her from being able to work at that location
