My complaint:

I received a call today from PEACERIVER AB (825) 254-9583 telling me he was calling from Instacart and the reason for the call was because someone was using my Instacart account and told me they had to update my account and that it would take 2-3 hours. Within that time I received several notification with batches. I tried calling back the number and it’s disconnected as the individual informed me he would call me back once the update was done. I have more pictures with proof and they ended up removing my Instacart master card from my Apple Pay and cashing out the earnings in my account.

Suggested solution:

My livelihood was taken away from me today! I was laid off from my office job last month and I have no help from anyone else in order for me to survive. It’s unbelievable that I have to wait around until I receive an email from Instacart regarding this problem that is not my fault!
