My complaint:

Instacart deactivated my account because of what someone told the customer that wasn’t even at the location I was locked out she called me and told me to leave groceries in the office and I did and a huge white man ran up to me and threatened me and my son while my daughter was in the car. I was just trying to make money to get gas and food! He got mad bc I let I guess and called instacart and told all types of lies and I worked all day after that and when I got home my acct was deactivated. I told them to get the evidence from the property bc they have cameras and they won’t even do that. I feel racial discriminated against and I would like to pursue legal action.

Suggested solution:

They need to reactivate my acct and they need to pay me. I want to go to court
