My complaint:
They deactivated my account. I have been on the phone with 3
service reps today. They cannot reactivate my account even if I gave them all my info. They sent me a form to fill out that I cannot process
they want a copy of a government ID and a copy of my Cr card. I will never do that for anyone. In that case I asked them to cancel my membership, that I just paid $106 for on April 4, 2022, and I will open
a new account and they could apply the payment to the new account.
CAN’T DO THAT BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED!!
Can someone please make some sense of this. This is a grocery buy not a house or car. Besides this is no way to treat senior citizens
Suggested solution:
reactivate my account or cancel the account and refund my payment or
let me open a new account and apply the membership payment to the new account.
