My complaint:
In order to log into instacart on a new phone you have to be logged out on the old phone. My password does not work and I tried to send a forgot password link to my email and it never sends. I’ve tried this method multiple times and no link has never been sent for me to reset my password. This is very infuriating because I use instacart for extra money.
Suggested solution:
Fixing the bug on their app so people can receive the forgot password link to their emails.
