My complaint:

I enter the restaurant on Friday 63 2020 at 320 there were two customers in the shop one were being serviced and another waiting along with my self during this time the servers were going at a slow pace after the second customer were served it became my turn the server that began to serve me took some sanatiser and began to tube her hand while standing talking to another work colleague for about 3-4 minutes while I’m standing waiting on her to serve me which caused me to stay longer in the restaurant than I had needed to I didn’t even had my food worm because I knew that I I only had a few minutes to grove what I needed and get back to my car which were parked in the church car park . Because of the lack of attention and putting the customer first I had stayed longer than i needed in the restaurant and by this has incurred a penalty charge of £60.because I were in total of 9 minutes most of which were by me standing waiting while staff is standing talking to each other and serving at a very slow pace

By helping me to pay this fine of £60 pound
