My complaint:
We have filed several complaints about their tenants across the street for noise with video evidence to prove it. And now they won’t return our calls and the issue with their tenants is getting worse. At this point this is our last attempt at dealing with this outside of court. They have woken up our family several times a week for months now. Including our eight year old son. This happens at 11 12 1am in the morning.
Suggested solution:
For the company to deal with their out of control tenants! So the people who live in this neighborhood can sleep at night.
