My complaint:
STILL FUMING MAD OVER THE RUN ROUND WITH Iceland Foods
AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ICELAND ALL DAY, AND CALLS TO BRANCH ON COUNTY ROAD WALTON NOW IM TOLD THEY CANT RESCHEDULE MY DELIVERY THAT SAID ONLINE IT WAS DELIVERED WHEN ALL THE TIME IT WASN’T
WHY SAY ON MY BOOKING DELIVERED AND BECAUSE THE DRIVER WAS SICK NO DELIVERIES WERE AVAILABLE WHY EVEN LIE ABOUT THE ORDER
AS A MAJOR BIG COMPANY IN THE U.K THAT ICELAND ARE WHY EVEN LIE ABOUT THE DELIVERY
NOW IM TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 3 DAYS FOR A REFUND
IM FUMING
IM COMPLAINING AGAIN ON HERE AND TO THEM AND ALSO ALL CONSUMER SITES
Suggested solution:
i want my order delivered but they cancelled i have to wait for refund to my bank account leaves me 3 to 4 days and nights now without a single thing to eat, i want a refund plus compensation in form of voucher or discount on my next order with them
