My complaint:
I booked a ticket to Spain and had an unexpected death in the family during my visit. The funeral was scheduled on the day I was supposed to leave Sunday 09182022. I needed to attend my family’s funeral. I found out about the death Thursday night and called the airline multiple times, and they said I would be getting an email and call back within a couple of hours to have a representative change my flight. I called everyday since Thursday and no one helped, they all said I would get a call back and never did and I called numerous times because by Saturday I needed to know that my flight would successfully be changed so I can attend my family’s funeral. They did not want to change my flight to the next available flight to Boston, Massachusetts USA. I have the death certificate to prove and can not believe a company could do such a thing in not changing my flight due to an occurrence that I could not control and a family emergency. I had to buy a very expensive separate ticket to get back to America.

Refund my money and talk to the supervisor. This is completely inhumane and can not believe a company could do such a thing.
