My complaint:
My wife and I recently flew with Iberian Airlines from San Sebastian to Rome via Madrid. Upon arrival in Rome we were informed our bags had not been put on the same plane as us from Madrid. Now almost two weeks later they are stuck in Madrid airport. We have called Iberia’s hotline dozens of times at considerable expense. Each time we have been dealt with by-in-large surly and unhelpful operators who don’t seem to know what they are talking about and simply want to fob you off. A few have told us our luggage is on a plane on it’s way to us.
However, AirTags, the next operator and the bags failure to arrive have shown we have been wrongly informed. Interaction in social media is on the surface more engaging but there have been no tangible results. My complaint concerns, unprofessional handling of passenger’s property and complaints. Iberia has everything it needs to deliver our luggage to us but just does not seem to care. I also hope to help others avoid similar experiences with Iberia, when we lined up in the luggage complaints line in Rome, it was 70 meters long which says everything. Don’t fly Iberia.

Return the luggage of my wife and I immediately.
