My complaint:
I paid for 3 nights/for days as per the promotion, I called to go over the details, the employee was very rude and trying to convince me to book in a different location ( not the one I paid for) when I refused that he started to give me a hard time and hang up on me.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the amount $249 or to book me a reservation in the month of September 2023 with the same resort that I paid for( The Welk San Diego).
