My complaint:
I am new to crypto and wanted to transfer some money from Binance across to compare. I transferred BUSD not knowing it wasn’t supported on Huobi. Instead of rejecting the transaction, they accepted it and now want my to pay 0.04ETH (120AUD) to release it. Their customer service said it is a common occurrence. It’s unethical that they accept the transaction. It should automatically reject unsupported funds.
Suggested solution:
Return my money in full or give me the equivalent to what I transferred credited into my Huobi account. I would have initially been happy to pay a small fee but 120AUD is extortion
