My complaint:
80% of the time, after a commercial break, there is no sound. I have to back out of the show and go back in. Usually I have to re-watch the commercials. I have NEVER lost sound during commercials. But it has been over 6 months since I’ve been able to watch an entire episode on Hulu without losing sound to the show.
Suggested solution:
Fix your app. There's no doubt in my mind that its a ploy on Hulu's end to force you to re-watch commercials. This is crap and I'm ready to cancel the subscription. I like the service but this is ridiculous.
