My complaint:

I’ve had Hulu for awhile. After the November update, all I have when I try to watch anything is glitching and freezing. I have spoken to customer service repeatedly and have been told it was my cell(it isn’t), my provider (it isn’t) and wanting me to go thru the same steps I did countless times before I called them for help. I’ve been told I would be hearing from someone about the issue via e-mail. Still waiting. And I can only suspend my account because I am using Hulu gift cards and they will not let me get a refund on my remaining balance. But after I suspend and check out the app,I get charged losing $$ for an service that doesn’t work. Every time I ask if they know of when an update will be made, I’m told they aren’t aware of any update coming. Hulu has great content but what good is it if you can’t watch and they are showing they don’t care for customers they have? I have other streaming services and none are giving me this hassle.

Suggested solution:

I'd love for them to fix their update or glitch so I could simply watch the service.

If they can't,then I'd like them to figure out about making an exception to their no refund on a gift card balance because I'm not getting the service I paid for because of something on July's end.
