My complaint:

Hi all
I would like to raise the complain about no contact from Huawei customer service.
I purchased a watch on 31/12/23 and couple of hours later, I have decided to cancel the order, as no longer wanted the watch. I did send 5 emails since and the watch was delivered today. 5 days later, I still have not been contacted back. I would like to add up that there is no other way of communicating with Huawei as chat bot has been redirecting me to send email and the customer service phone number does not work.
I feel that my right to return the item has been affected and I am still waiting for someone to come back to me.
