My complaint:
So I filed in feb 8, 2023 got 3 letter feb 8 April 5 and may 26, stating they wanted to verify my income turns out hr block never calculate my 1099-g casino winning with my taxes she said I never gave her the form but it was for a large amount and I remember her asking me about how I won i. But anyways so I figured I needed to amend my taxes so just last week I log into hr block to print a copy of my return so I could file the amend return and happen to notice my emerald card said -33 and so I clicked on it cause I had been on the web site since I got my state return back and don’t remember ever seeing a begitivr amount . Well what do you know on Aug 8 the irs deposited my return never did I get an or anything stating it was in my account and needless to say someone got into my account and took all the money so here I am asking that my address be update a phone number that I don’t know be updated and a new card be mail and asked how long will it take for me to get my return back they still have this phone number I don’t know on my account but no new card to my new email never got fraud report so had to write statement and when I ask time frame oh we don’t know and still have not updated my old email or my phone number and I call every day to ask for status check and they can’t give me any info or anything regarding provisional credit the picture I included shows a phone number on my account that I have no idea who number that is or where it came from but they won’t update it so with my luck who ever stole it the first time will probably get notified of the provisional credit and figure out how to take it out
Suggested solution:
Update my phone number to correct number and while doing investigation give me the provisional credit I need my tax return.
