My complaint:
So I filed my taxes with HR Block this year. So last year I received my taxes back from the IRS and HR didn’t get paid. So I made sure that that owed bill was paid . Now I can’t get them to get my state taxes back. So they got there money and I gott to call and wonder why I haven’t gott anything fr the state of the. Isn’t that what I paid for when I received your services. Bad business. The gal that did my taxes got paid. Not me still .waiting on the state to never pay me.
Suggested solution:
They need to stress the state of Colorado that hey she's a customer that needs paid .
