My complaint:
I think I was mislead on my tax returns. They were supposed to do 2010 to 2012. They call me a day later and say they can’t do 2013 or 2014 either. I am on a disability pension. I feel I was taken advantage of . They are charging me for all 8 returns 8 e-file fees. I could have mailed them in myself?
So I have been charged the following: tax prep fees of $79.99 plus $9.99 for all 9years (total of $841.91) 2011-2012-2013 2014-2015-2016-2017-2018
I think that this is taking advantage of someone who is disabled.
Suggested solution:
My desired solution is to recover money for work that they promised they could do.
