My complaint:
The manager was notified of my dissatisfaction with the person who incorrectly filed my taxes for 2020 with inaccurate information related to my personal details.
The person who filed my taxes acknowledged apologetically that she had not in fact read any part of my previously filed taxes for 2019.. I was unable to sit down with her face to face on appointment date, so I left my 2020 documents and previously filed tax information with her. Due to the fact that she was willing to rush swiftly and without regard to the personal consequences that I would have to endure and still enduring! I regret not recognizing the red flags of her Not being knowledgeable of my personal details.
Suggested solution:
The manager has Not acknowledged this complaint with actions of support by initiating specific steps to resolve my situation. He was directly spoken to by phone explaining how unhappy and disturbed I was and still am about this mishap. All the details were discussed by phone with the manager and he stated that he would make a return call to reassure how the incorrect filing of my taxes would be corrected and resolved, but he never made that call, which is extremely unprofessional on his.part. I paid the person who filed my taxes. I feel that my payment should be refunded and that the incorrect taxes should be re- filed immediately.
