My complaint:
followed instructions per mailer and paid through my checking account. Program never loaded. Chatted through site and they put me into program but after finishing taxes it ed me for payment again. Spent next several hours on hold with number to contact at HRBlock website. Ended up finishing by using my checking account again. I paid 47.80 for download that never happened and then paid 71.23 to actually have Federal and State filed(which they accepted before anyone actually answered my phone calls). OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Pay me my 47.80 for download that never happened!!! I did on my own pay 71.23 to just get it done so I can live with that I guess.
AS FAR AS PROOF----HRBLOCK SENT EMAILS TO CONFIRM PAYMENT
