My complaint:
I could not get your online filling system to complete my tax return. After several online chat sessions and talking to one of your tax experts he told me I would have to go through one of the local offices here in Wichita, Kansas. They just wanted me to come in their office and charge me again for doing my taxes which I had already paid for on the online system. I finally had to use another website to complete my returns. I would like a refund of the online charges I have paid for and did not get to use. The charges included Self Employment Online Assist (Federal 194.44, State 49.99), Worry Free Audit (19.99), and Tax Pro Review (29.99). All totaled up is $294.97.
Suggested solution:
Review my records under Anthony Zimbelman (last four SS numbers are 2111), and you will find several phone calls logged in for chat line people and one Tax Pro call. You will find I never filed my taxes through your system, but I did pay the fees. The add on fees were recommended by your people. I just want you to refund the charges of $294.97.
