My complaint:
I am unable to use the ink cartridges I already received through the Instant Ink program because I cancelled my subscription. I don’t print that much and was receiving more ink than I needed.
HP did not make me aware that the cartridges I received were programmed not to work if the subscription is cancelled. The only way I can use my printer now is to renew the subscription or purchase expensive new (unprogrammed) cartridges from an outside store.
Suggested solution:
Override the programming on the cartridges so I can use them instead of wasting them!
