My complaint:

Tried to cancel my subscription. Spoke to first agent; she hung up on me.

Second Agent was rude, unprofessional and unable to understand my first name after spelling it multiple times. She put me on hold for 30 minutes when I asked for a supervisor.

I explained to facts to the Supervisor Barb 50523 in Ontario, Canada
It took another 30 minutes for her to (hopefully) cancel my subscription

Suggested solution:

Reimburse me for the products I did not use or receive but was charged for. (my printer was OFF line)
