HoYoverse complaint: Recover account

My complaint:

My Asia server game account was hacked, but I was not able to recover my stolen account because my Forms were rejected continuously for half a year.

I’ve spent a total of $50 on the game but I’ve never felt such a useless receipt since meeting HoYoverse Customer Service. I don’t know why they didn’t retrieve my account. They keep answering mechanically and copying. I can’t get my account back or request a refund, which is frustrating. Obviously the information I give them is correct, I also have pictures to prove my thoughts, why was my Form not accepted?
