My complaint:
15 months ago i bought 6 large hotpoint appliances , today i have 3 thats working.
The cooker had severed electric wire when it was assembled in factory, resulting in a very loud bang and sparkes flying when i used large oven..although you repaired i have no faith in the cooker and cant use it..
Freezer stopped working resulting in load of food wasted.
Fridge, has now got same complaint you came out to repair 3 month after i bought it..
10 yrs ago i bought the same 6 appliances from Bush whichj i passed on when i bought your items, Im happy to say all 6 items are still working. This time i paid extra money for what i thought was better quality it seems i was wrong..
Although i bought items 15 months ago i had them 2 month before i used them as my kitchen was being refitted.. It seems your item only last 12 month , i dont call that quality for my money
