My complaint:
For the second week on the trot our scheduled service call has failed due to the engineer saying there was nowhere to park, Both times when i have called hotpoint i have stated that he can park across my drive yet again he has said there was nowhere to park when i contacted hotpoint the morning
the same story again he is out of the area and cannot come back as he has a full schedule.
Now i have been told that the first available appointment is now next thursday the 9th dec can you help.
Suggested solution:
They should get an engineer out to us asap and also some form of compensation due to the disruption of having to juggle things around to suit ,
i dont see why we should suffer for his inability to read a situation and
and call me to ask in he can park across my drive
