My complaint:

The lady at the front gave us a late fee on Friday the 13th of January 2023 before we had a chance to pay because it was past 12:00

Priceline had talk with her and she hung up on the representative, and then put the money-back in our account

Today is Thursday the 19th of January 2023 and that same lady has again taken money from our account without our permission

By doing this she has made the account negative and now my husband does have gas money for work

Tomorrow we filing a Police report about HomeTowne Suites in Norcross

So, we have not had hot water in the shower for the two weeks that we have been here

The bed fell and dumped us upside down on the floor the same night we arrived here,

and neither of the two eyes on the stove have ever work since we got here, and now we are paying extra money for a whole in the wall hotel

Suggested solution:

Refund the money and displayed the hostess at the front desk!

The has become a habit with her

She continues to do this thinking that we will not see her stealing our money
