My complaint:
I signed up with home Advisors for a plumber. they charged me a advanced fee of 219.00. the plumber arrived late and looked and said he had to tear out the wall and redo the tile . so he went to home depot and sent me a picture of the tile and I cash app him the money for the tile. he was suppose to be there Thursday didn’t show up so i started calling him and now he wont answer. the business card he gave us was bogus. he has my $160.00 for tile and now wont answer. I have not heard from him again.
Suggested solution:
I want my $160.00 back for the tile that their plumber stole. they told me I was suppose to have the supplies there for the plumber to work with. so how would i know what I needed for the job? thats why I called them. so when he told me what I needed I paid for it only to not hear from him again. it is their responsiibility to take care of this because they are the ones that sent him here. they need to make sure he dont get any more jobs thru their site because if they dont stop him he will contuine to do this again and again.
