My complaint:

We’ve been happily using MAS for our plumbing needs for several years now, but something has changed over at MAS. I’d say that they’re intentionally up-selling and leaving problems so that we the customer have to call them back in to make right. Last service that MAS did was to install a new drain screen for out kitchen. We were told by the plumber that we need to replace the sink itself because it was cracked and leaking. We purchased a new sink and then found out it would cost us $825 to install. That was out of our price range, so we talked to a re-modeler to seek his advice. He checked the connection and found that the sink wasn’t cracked and that the drain was not installed so that it wouldn’t leak. He ended up removing the drain that MAS had installed (from the sink) and installed a new one from Home Depot. Suffice it to say that fixed the problem..

Suggested solution:

A refund for that hours that the plumber worked on replacing the drain MAS installed leaving the sink unusable. Payment for the new drain (Kohler) installed by our re-modeler ($65). The time we paid our re-modeler to work on the sink (2 hours for us to try and remove the drain that MAS installed). the plumber was fixing what MAS had sent the plumber to fix originally (a leaky connection) on the MAS installed toliet. All in all the MAS service cost us over $1100 and we ended up with a leaky sink drain I can't help but think that we ended up paying for a new waste stack for nothing as well.
