My complaint:
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Shopping
The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered some garden furniture from home bargains and it said 3/5 days for delivery but when I contacted John the customer service agent I got nothing but lies from start to finish about the delivery tell the truth it would have being better but no more lies. Then I got my delivery 2 weeks later then there was five caps missing of the chairs and table
So it was metal on my floor scraping the floor so contacted this John again who by the time he sends the caps it would be quicker me getting them myself and him sending me a refund the cost of the caps was £9.20 so John said he would send me £20 refund for all the messing about he had giving me it would be in my account 5 days no money contacted him again he said sorry it will be in my account next 24/48 hours guess what more lies from John WHY did he lie so much I have all the chats to prove of them and photos of missing caps Thanks Mr K Thomas
It occurred on: 2023-07-08
This meant that It Has made me not to ever do an online shop ever again with home bargains again all because of John well done john
My refund he said he would give me £20 refund I did not ask for that all I wanted was my money back.And have a word with john and ask him why he lied so much
I am putting a date down below but this went on for weeks
