My complaint:
My niece and other members of staff were waiting to clock at 5am, had still been waiting approx 6-15am. management finally arrived 6-15am. They were then told that they would not get paid from 5am as they’re shift starts! It’s unacceptable! My niece was traumatised over this! Please investigate!!
Suggested solution:
Be paid from 5am and Repimand management!
