My complaint:
I Siphamandla Mthembu made two withdrawal of R10 000. The first one was done at 08:54 25 October 2023 and the second one was done at 09:18 25 October 2023. I have been calling ever since the 48 hours has passed. I have been told the same thing that they have escalate the matter with their withdrawals department but still nothing has happened. Today 29 October 2023 at 08:54, will mark 96 hours of me not getting my money and I won’t be compensate for that. I have spent airtime calling and calling. My plans have been canceled due to their incompetence and that’s also costing me money.
Suggested solution:
I want my money and to be compensate for the time after their 48 hours.
